By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

All course enrollment is subject to availability and eligibility criteria.
IPS Security reserves the right to accept or decline course enrollment at our discretion.

Payment for courses must be made in full before the course start date. All fees are non-refundable.

IPS Security has a strict no refund policy for all courses offered. Once a course fee is paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

IPS Security reserves the right to change course dates, times, locations, or content. In such cases, registered participants will be notified in advance. IPS Security may cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will receive a full refund of the course fee.

All course materials, including but not limited to content, presentations, and materials, are the intellectual property of IPS Security and are protected by copyright laws. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during courses and while interacting with instructors and other participants. IPS Security reserves the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

IPS Security respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

IPS Security is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, income, or profits, arising from your use of our services.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.

IPS Security reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services

All students and clients are required to attend the classes they have signed up for. Failure to attend without properly notifying us by email of a disruption in training attendance will result in the loss of your training payment, which will not be refundable. We reserve spots ahead of time, and individuals who do not show up without prior notice cause us to turn away other paying customers. To ensure fairness and maximize training opportunities for everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines. If you are unable to attend a class, you must notify us by email at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your spot to another student. Payments for missed classes without proper notification are non-refundable. In the case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential accommodations. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class, and rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Consistent failure to attend classes without proper notification may result in the forfeiture of future registrations and the need to re-register with an additional fee. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible. However, we must also ensure that our policies are fair to all participants and that our resources are used efficiently. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
